Harmony in the water
Relaxed gliding through the water, feeling contentment with each breath - our indoor swimming pool with 30 °C and our outdoor swimming pool with 20-23°C water temperature invite you to this experience. Swim against the current generated by our counter-current system or let yourself float in the swirling water. Enjoy the splashing waterfall and the bubbles in the whirlpool. Feel the harmony in our wellness area. On some days you can even enjoy a night swim in the pleasant water until 10:00 p.m.
Sauna and relaxation
Our sauna area is a place where water and warmth merge into one, crowned by boundless relaxation. 2 Finnish saunas with 80°C/90°C, the gentle sanarium with about 50°C, our crystal steam bath, the experience shower and foot basins, drinking-water & ice fountains bring a special feeling of well-being.
Like the nature of our Black Forest, the relaxation area with waterbeds and recliners promises pure recreation after and between sauna sessions.

In addition, a solarium is available in the pool area to complement the Black Forest sun.

Like the nature of our Black Forest, the relaxation area with waterbeds and recliners promises pure recreation after and between sauna sessions. On Fridays and Saturdays we invite you to relax longer during our night sauna.

Booking treatments
We recommend making your booking with our reception before you arrive (Tel. +49(0)7449 920-440 oder -473), so that we can fulfill all your wishes regarding treatment, time and specialist. You will receive your appointment confirmation at the hotel reception upon arrival. If you would like to book a follow-up treatment, our SPA reception will be happy to help you.
Take your time
In order to enjoy your full treatment time, we kindly ask you to arrive at our SPA reception in good time before the start of your treatment. Out of respect for subsequent guests, we ask for your understanding that if you are late, this will be deducted from your treatment time.
Clothing
Please come to your treatment in your bathrobe and swimwear. To protect your privacy, we will cover you during your treatment (disposable underwear is also available).
Communication
During the treatment we would like to respond to your individual wishes. Therefore, we will ask you before and during the treatment what is particularly important for you. Competent counselling is an integral part of the treatment and is very important to us.
Cancellation
Please cancel your appointment at least 12 hours before the start of the treatment, otherwise we will have to charge you the full treatment price.
Children & treatments
The treatment area is a place of tranquillity. We ask for your understanding that children only have access to this area from the age of 12. This excludes steam baths with the family and hamam rituals / SPA packages with a parent.
Pool & sauna area
Please wear swimwear in the pool area. In the sauna area, we kindly ask you not to wear any clothing for hygienic reasons. Children up to 14 years of age are only allowed if accompanied by an adult.
SPA-bag
We have prepared a SPA bag for you in your room. Therein you can store your personal utensils for your SPA visit.
