Hotel prices, rooms:

The hotel prices are per person and day, the arrangements per person and stay. The prices include the statutory VAT, service charges, the breakfast buffet, the use of our pool and sauna world, the fitness room and participation in the WohlFit programme. For single use of double rooms, studios and suites, we charge 80% of the room rate for double occupancy.
All rooms are equipped with bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, SAT colour TV, minibar, direct dial telephone.

Additional bed/room overnight/1 pers.

Per person and day EUR 109,00,
possible in comfort studio, panorama studio and family studio.

Bookings:

It is possible to book certain room categories. We reserve the right to make requests regarding specific room numbers and floors.

Your reservation:

We guarantee to hold it until 6:00 p.m. - please coordinate a later arrival with our reception.

Vouchers:

a) Only fully paid vouchers will be redeemed.
b) Cash payment of the voucher value is excluded.
c) The voucher can be redeemed or any of the hotel's services, subject to availability.
d) Due to the takeover of the business, the vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

Arrival and departure:

Please plan for your room to be ready for occupancy from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, the room will be available until 11:00 a.m. - in case of later departure (until 6:00 p.m.), 50% of the room rate will be charged. Booking subject to availability.

Payment:

We accept EC card, Visa & Mastercard, as well as cash. Unused services will not be refunded or credited.

Pampering half-board:

5-course-menu EUR 34,00

Wellness treatments:

For a stress-free and relaxing stay, we recommend that you book your wellness treatments before your arrival.

Visitor's tax:

Is levied all year round by the municipality of Baiersbronn and is charged seperately.
The costs per person and day are EUR 3,00
Children & teenagers up to the age of 18 are free. In the event of an increase in the above costs, these will be passed on accordingly.

Value Added Tax:

Our prices are inclusive and are subject to any changes in the current reduced tax rate on overnight accommodation. Please not that we have to charge the VAT rate valid on the day of your arrival on the overnight services.

Dogs:

Bringing smaller dogs is possible after prior arrangement with the reception.
Costs per day without food EUR 15,00.

Conferences and seminars:

We have a seperate conference folder with all the info.

Underground parking:

Our underground parking spaces are limited. We recommend that you reserve your underground parking spot when booking your room.

Spring/Summer:
01.05. - 31.10. Fee: EUR 6,00 day/car
Autumn/Winter:
01.11. - 30.04. Fee: EUR 12,00 day/car

Vehicles are parked at your own risk and liability.

Price list:

When a new price list is published, this one loses its validity. The statutory rate of Value Added Tax applies.
Price differences in the individual price categories are only due to size, equipment and location of the room. All other services are the same.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:

The insurance protects you from
1.) from cancellation costs if you cannot start the journey for an important reason and
2.) if you have to terminate the trip for an important reason.
You can request the insurance documents from our reception team. You can purchase your insurance cover directly via the following link to the homepage of the travel insurance "Die Europäische".

Cancellation:

Room:

• Cancellation is possible free of charge up to 3 days before arrival.
• Within the scope of our Christmas arrangements, cancellation is free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.
• In the case of a shorter cancellation, we can unfortunately only waive the sending of a cancellation invoice amounting to 100% of the price if it is possible for us to re-let the room immediately. The same applies to early departures.

Day-SPA stays:

• In case of cancellation, we kindly ask you to inform us at least 3 days prior to your booked SPA date.
• In the event of a shorter cancellation period, we are unfortunately not able to waive the issue of a cancellation invoice amounting to 100%.

For bookings in the current situation, we recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you are covered in the event of a cancellation. A general travel cancellation insurance and a possible additional insurence in case of a Covid-19 conditional cancellation is offered by Ergo.

Guest Accomodation Contract:

1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room has been ordered and confirmed - regardless of whether verbally or in writing - or, if a confirmation was no longer possible due to time constraints, made available.
2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract.
3. The host is obliged to pay compensation to the guest in case of non-provision of the room.
4a. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price in the event of non-utilisation of the contractual services, less the expenses saved by the host.
4b. In case of cancellation 3 days prior to arrival we charge 0%, from 2 days before arrival, in case of non-show and in case of early departure 80% of the accommodation or arrangement price.
We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
5. The host is entitled to payment for all services before departure and accordingly has a legal right of lien on the guest's belongings brought in.
6a. The host is obliged in good faith to allocate unused rooms to other guests if possible in order to avoid cancellations.
6b. Until the room is allocated to someone else, the guest shall pay he calculated amount for the duration of the contract in accordance with clause 4.
