You may pay in cash, with EC or credit card (Mastercard, Visa). A deposit is not necessary before arrival. Your credit card will not be charged automatically when booking online, this only serves as a security in case of cancellation or no-show.

Children are very welcome in our house.
Our children's prices are staggered as follows:
0 – 5 years free of charge
6 – 12 year EUR 35,00 per child & night – breakfast included in the price
Children are allowed to use the swimming pool area. Please note that children under 6 years of age are only allowed in the swimming pool area when accompanied by a supervisor. Access to the sauna is permitted for persons over 16 years of age or children accompanied by a supervisor.
For our younger guests we have a playground and small collection of games in our lounge area.
Please note that we do not offer childcare in our house.
Your dog(s) are also welcome. Please let us know when you make your booking, as not all of our rooms are suitable for dogs.
We charge EUR 15,00 per dog per night.
Please note that dogs are not allowed in our restaurant for breakfast and dinner.
If you need to cancel your stay, please inform us by email or phone. You will find the cancellation conditions of your booking in your booking confirmation. If you are unable to make your stay, but someone else is travelling on your behalf, you can rebook the room free of charge. Please let us know the names of the persons arriving in advance.
You have already paid a deposit? Please indicate this when cancelling so that we can transfer your deposit back to you in regards to the booking conditions.
If you book online, please enter your voucher code directly when booking. Otherwise - if possible - provide us with the voucher number at the time of the booking. Hand in your vouchers directly at our reception upon arrival so that we can note them on your invoice.
You've got an overnight voucher?
Please note that our overnight vouchers are subject to certain conditions, therefore the value of the voucher will be deducted from the total bill. Should you stay overnight at a time where the price is cheaper, there will be a voucher value left which can be used for other costs incurred. However, if the price is more expensive you will have to pay the difference.
You've got a voucher from a third party provider?
In this case, the conditions of the third party provider apply.
On the day of arrival, you can use the wellness area from 2:00 p.m. - on the day of departure, you can use the wellness area until 11:00 a.m.
You will find a wellness bag with bathrobe and towels in the wardrobe in your room. Please remember to take the towels with you to the wellness area.
Fresh fruit, water and tea are available for free in our wellness area.
You are welcome to order other drinks in our wellness bistro. Please contact the BergSpa reception for doing so.
Feel free to ask our BergSPA for advice under +49(0)7449 920 473. We recommend that you book your treatments in advance and as early as possible. If you have to cancel a treatment, please contact us 24 hours in advance.
Should you wish to book a treatment spontaneously, you will find free appointments in our BergSpa on a notice board in the house.
Please arrive five minutes before the start of your treatment in our BergSpa - the team will welcome you there and explain all further deatils.
Dinner will take place from 6:30 p.m. - we kindly ask you to find your table between 6:30 and 7:30 p.m.
If you have booked your stay including half-board or one of our packages, a table in our restaurant will be reserved for you automatically.
If you have booked an overnight stay with breakfast, please let us know whether we may reserve a table at dinner for you.
If you have any intolerance or preference, you have the option of being served lactose-free, gluten-free, vegetarian or alkaline/vegan food. Please indicate this when booking so that our kitchen can put togehter a menu for you.
By booking with us, your room will automatically be cleaned daily. If you would like a towel change, please place the towels on the bathroom floor.
You are welcome to book our economy service. This means your room will only be cleaned every 3rd day. On the other days, your room will not be entered and no change of linen or towels will be made. If you need new towels or toilet paper, please let our housekeeping staff know. If you choose the economy service - for the love of the environment - we will reimburse you EUR 5,00 per room.
At your arrival in our hotel you will get a timetable of our Wohlfit programme for the current week. Please register in advance for our sports courses at our BergSpa reception.
Book your personal e-bike time in advance. Tell us your preferred day and how many bikes you need and we will reserve your personal e-bike for the desired day. The instruction and handover of the bikes take place daily between 10:00 and 10:30 a.m. in our underground car park.
