Aquagym:
Start your day in an active way. Joint-friendly whole-body workout in the water with and without equipment.
Progressive Muscle Relaxation:
By voluntarily tensing and relaxing different muscle groups, muscular tension can be eased almost entirely.
Stretch & Relax:
Specific stretching exercises for the whole body in order to prevent muscle shortening and to keep the muscular system lithely. Relaxation exercises form the perfect end of this course.
Stomach-Legs-Bottom:
Special strengthening exercises for the so-called problem areas. We get your body fit.
Spinal Exercises:
Exercises for mobilisation, coordination and strengthening in order to prevent problems with the back. In addition, you will get advice and tips for training at home.

Balancing and coordination exercises by means of Aero-Step and Redondo balls, a. o. as a prophylactic measure against falling and to train depth perception.

An everyday training of the whole muscular system of the body, a. o. to stimulate strength stamina and to prevent damaged posture.
WellFit stamina training:
In the fitness room, you may choose from a general or a specific stamina training for your kind of sport.
WellFit circle training:
A specific training for the "problem areas" stomach, back and legs. Each machine in the fitness room will bring you one step closer to a better posture and a firm figure.
Introduction to the machines:
Introduction to the right use of the (cardio) machines in our fitness room to avoid the wrong training. After having been introduced, you are free to train on your own.
Sauna preparation:
You will really work up a sweat here. You will strengthen your body's defences and your immune system.
Flexi-Bar:
Exercises with the swinging bar train your deep muscular system. The vibration frequency causes both a training of strength stamina and an increased metabolism.
X-Co Training:
The X-Co trains deeper muscles and the connective tissue. It is an effective whole-body training and is extraordinarily well suited as a preventative measure.
