Rates & Services
Rates, Rooms: Our hotel rates are quoted on a per person/day basis and our hotel packages are quoted on a per person/stay basis. All prices are inclusive of VAT, service charges, breakfast buffet, use of our bathing and sauna facilities, fitness room and our Wellness Taster Programmes. All rooms have a bath or shower, WC, hairdryer, bathrobe, colour satellite TV, minibar, and direct dial telephone. Our Panorama Studios are located on the 3rd floor and are also equipped with a hi-fi system.
Single occupancy of Double Room Studios will be charged at 75% of the rate for double occupancy.

Bookings: It is possible to book specific categories of room. We reserve the right to respond to requests for specific room numbers and floors.
Your Reservation: We shall hold your reservation until 6pm. Please let the reception desk know if you are due to arrive after 6pm.
Arrival Departure: Please note that your room will be available from 3pm on your arrival day. Your room must be vacated by 11am on your departure day. Should you wish to vacate your room later in the day (no later than 6pm), an additional charge of 50% of the room price will be made (subject to availability).Transport: We provide a shuttle service to meet you off the train. A charge is made for this service.

Payment: We accept only EC- card payments or cash. Other payment facilities will not be honoured or credited.

Taxes: taxes relating to the provision of health-related services are payable to Baiersbronn district authority throughout the year. These taxes will be calculated separately.

Dogs: Subject to prior agreement from the reception desk, dogs are welcome at our hotel provided your animal has its own dog basket or blanket.

Underground Garage: There is restricted use of our underground parking spaces. Please reserve your parking space when you make your hotel reservation.

The hotel will not assume liability for any damage caused to your vehicle while parking it in our garage.
Price List: This price list will cease to be valid on publication of a new price list. VAT rates will apply.
Differences occur in the individual price categories only on the basis of a room’s size, facilities and location. All other services will be the same.
Cancellation Charges and Insurance:
Insurance will cover you against:
1.) cancellation charges should a serious event occur which prevents you from travelling and
2.) should a serious event occur which curtails your journey.

Cancellation: There are no charges if you cancel your reservation 4 weeks before your arrival date. There are no charges if you cancel your reservation for special holiday events 8 weeks before your arrival date. Cancellations at short notice will incur a charge of 80% of the cost of the room unless the accommodation can be occupied immediately. The same will apply to early departures.
