Payment Methods
We accept only EC-card payments or cash. Credit cards are not accepted.
Arrival & Departure
Rooms and the Wellness Area are available from 3pm
on your arrival day. You must vacate your room by
11am on your departure day.
Use of the Wellness Area is available until 5pm on your
departure day for an additional cost of €12.00.
Please note that our Hotel is located on the B500
(Schwarzwaldhochstrasse tourist route) and not in the town of Baiersbronn.
Arriving from the West
Exit A5 at Achern and follow signs to the B500 (Schwarzwaldhochstrasse tourist route) passing through
Kappelrodeck, Ottenhöfen and Seebach. At Ruhestein, continue on the B500 towards Freudenstadt for a further 4 km.
Arriving from the East
Exit A81 at Horb and follow signs to Freudenstadt. Continue on the B28 passing through Kniebis before turning off onto the B500 at Alexanderschanze. Continue on the B500 towards Baden-Baden for a further 10 km.
Your trusty companion
Small dogs are welcome at a cost of €15.00 per day excluding food. Please note that dogs are not permitted in the Wellness Area, restaurant, bar, guest rooms and Wellness Suites.
Wellness & Beauty Appointments
If you book an appointment for treatment when you make your hotel reservation, Body & Soul will confirm your appointment (this will not apply to TCM or physiotherapy appointments). For appointments at short notice, please contact Body & Soul directly on +49 (0)7449 920 470. If you wish to make additional appointments or are interested in other therapies offered by Body & Soul, please let us know in advance.

lunch:
soup/starter and a choice of 2 main courses,
dessert (3 course menu )
dinner:
soup/starter, salad buffet, choice of various main courses and dessert (4 course menu).
Your Wellness Meals can be booked only for your whole stay. You will be served a 5 course dinner on your day of arrival. A 3 course lunch menu (12.30pm – 1.30pm) and a 4 course dinner menu will be served during the rest of your stay. Breakfast will be served on your departure day.
