Our Hotel Kitchen
Head chef, Sebastian Strassburg, and his dynamic team of “young bloods”, combine modern cuisine with traditional cooking methods, wellness and gourmet menus to ensure your stay scores top marks all round.
Our menus include seasonal foods and specialities of the region. There is a wide selection of German and international cuisine for you to indulge in.
Our motto is “Pleasure without Regret” and we have even printed it on our kitchen staff’s aprons. We are especially proud of our cooking when we know the very field or meadow our locally produced food has come from and when we can create a specially prepared dish for you.
The wine list reflects the hidden treasures in our wine cellar and the passion we have for this is easily imagined.
There is an impressive choice of select international wines for that exquisite taste experience.
